/ Bolívar and the enlightenment

Abstract

To speak of Bolívar's ideas is to speak of the ideas of the Enlightenment. It is to speak of the philosophical, social and political conceptions that served as a guide and reference in all his theoretical-practical actions. No man transforms anything without ideas, in the same way that ideas do not become reality unless the men and women who put them into practice appear.
