Professor Juan Bosch is distilled as one of the possibly most complete intellectuals of modern Dominican thought, along with Juan Isidro Jimenes-Grullón and Pedro Henríquez Ureña, each one at the time, in their contexts, in their privacy and universality, at the same time. . Of Jimenes-Grullón we could say that his dimension was more than anything in the sciences of ideas, as the Greeks called the sciences of thought, today known generically as social sciences.
