Abstract

The article reviews Professor Juan Bosch´s visit to the USSR in 1987, after accepting the invitation that the Soviet Government headed by Gorvachov made to him through the Soviet Embassy in Cuba. At the USSR Academy of Sciences, Professor Juan Bosch gave a lecture where he presented an analysis of the Dominican social composition and the sociological characteristics of the Dominican people.
